The interface, source code, logo and trademarks of conv2pdf remain the property of Iris Digital.

6. Service availability

conv2pdf does its best to ensure maximum service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise subscriptions benefit from a contractual SLA negotiated separately.

Scheduled maintenance interruptions may occur, with notice when possible.

7. Liability

conv2pdf is provided as-is. Iris Digital cannot be held liable for:

8. Suspension and termination

Iris Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of breach of these Terms, in particular abusive use, non-payment or illegal content.

The user may terminate their account at any time from their dashboard. Deletion is instant and irreversible.

9. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be modified. Any substantial change will be notified to account holders by email with a minimum 30-day notice.

10. Public file sharing

conv2pdf allows the creation of public share links, accessible without an account, to temporarily share a generated PDF via a URL of the form conv2pdf.com/s/<id>.

The user creating a share link:

A revocation key is provided when the link is created: it allows the user to delete their share at any time before it expires. Users with an account can also list and revoke their links from the My account dashboard.

Iris Digital reserves the right to remove without notice any link reported as abusive, illegal or in breach of these Terms, and to retain the technical metadata of that link (creation date, source IP, content hash) for the purposes of any subsequent investigations or requests from competent authorities.

Abuse can be reported to contact@conv2pdf.com or via our contact form.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.

In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the French version, the French version prevails as the legally binding document.
