Beyond your monthly quota, you get free overage up to 110% (soft cap), then a hard cap. No surprise billing. On the Dev plan, the 300 conversions included at signup are valid for 12 months and do not renew: they are there to test, Starter takes over. An email warns you at 80% of your quota, when it runs out, and 30 days before your trial credits expire.
